The content is conceptual and informational. It describes SERAPH's technology direction, vision and areas of work at a high level. It is not a technical specification, product datasheet, offer of a product or service, or professional advice.
3. Scope and product-claim disclaimer
SERAPH develops adaptive cultivation systems and research across several areas — water treatment and remediation, non-food biomass valorisation, non-food and non-medicine expression-host research, and energy. Where food or feed applications are within scope, SERAPH pursues them as separate research and production lines, kept rigorously apart from remediation and other non-food streams.
Nothing on this site should be read as a claim, offer, specification or representation that any product, organism, biomass or protein is currently suitable for, presented as, or authorised as human food, animal feed, medicine, active pharmaceutical ingredient, biologic, medical device, therapeutic or nutritional product.
No statement constitutes a nutrition or health claim under Regulation (EC) 1924/2006, a medicinal presentation under Directive 2001/83/EC, a representation of food authorisation under Regulation (EU) 2015/2283, or a representation of feed authorisation under Regulation (EC) 767/2009.
Biomass produced in remediation or water-treatment contexts is, by design, a non-food and non-feed stream; it is not intended for human or animal consumption and is tracked separately from any clean production stream.

Water data, samples, collaboration objectives and results shared by a third party are handled under the applicable agreement. These terms do not transfer to SERAPH the ownership of materials submitted outside a specific agreement.
